How You Can Help
Do
you have a genuine concern for animals and their welfare and
enjoy meeting like minded people? Would you like to be able
to do something to help make a difference to an animal's life?
Why not join the RSPCA NSW Auxiliary and help
us raise much needed funds to enable the RSPCA NSW Yagoona
shelter to provide practical assistance and comfort to stray,
abused, sick and unwanted animals?
Fundraising
Auxiliary
fundraising is vital to help the RSPCA provide care and assistance
for each and every animal that passes through their doors.
By not only
helping the animals, you will meet like-minded people who
also have a genuine care for animals.
We want
to maximise our dollars for the RSPCA NSW by recruiting more
members which will increase our capacity to hold more fundraising
events.
As volunteering
with the Auxiliary is not hands on work at the RSPCA Shelter,
you can dedicate as much time as you like. There are many
things you could help us with. These include:
| |
Helping
us on stalls and events that we
hold throughout the year |
| |
Helping
us rear kittens or puppies until
they are old enough to be adopted |
| |
Sell
raffle tickets and/or Cadbury chocolates
to your friends, work colleagues and family |
| |
Make
crafty items or knit/sew animal
coats or blankets for the shelter animals |
| |
Help
us promote our Auxiliary initiatives |
| |
Contribute
any new and exciting ideas on how to raise funds |
